We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, super comfortable, and felt like home right away. Communication was outstanding — they were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful the entire time. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Shanil’s place over New Year’s Eve while visiting family and had a great stay. The location was perfect, just minutes from Seattle Airport, which made everything super easy. The house was spotless, modern, and looked exactly like the photos. Self check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Shanil was also very easy to communicate with and super accommodating with any requests we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will 100% stay here again.

Lovely space, very clean and organized. Had all the necesities. Neighborhood is quiet but still a lot of fun to walk around in.

We were having repairs done on our house and this was very convenient for us. We stayed two weeks. Took us old folks a bit to figure out streaming TV, though, but really liked it after we got the hang of it. Many fast-food restaurants and stores close by. Worked out well. Thank you for always answering our questions.

Shanil was awesome! we had a VRBO cancel on us last minute and Shanil not only quickly accepted our request to book for that day, but called and made sure we were all good. The place was great and the location was actually even better than what we had booked before. Thanks for helping us out and giving us a haven on that really busy weekend!

We came to watch a baseball game. It was about 10 minutes to closest light rail which was convenient. (Uber there, on game days parking gets full fast) the beds were cozy. plenty of room for 6. Quiet neighborhood.

Shanil and Muni were very responsive. Prior guest left a lot of trash outside and Muni was quick to clean it up and respond to questions and requests. I look forward to when the the upstairs apartment is refurbished and the yard is restored. We will definitely stay here again.

Cute and comfortable basement apartment that is convenient to the airport. The mattress and bedding were comfortable. Great air conditioning. Noise from upstairs can be heard below. We had a few hiccups, but Shanil was very responsive and did everything in his power to ensure we had a great stay. Definitely a super host!

The interior of the home is well done, exceptionally clean, and the photos are accurate. There were no exterior photos posted which initially made it difficult to locate the home and proper entryway. Thankfully the check-in instructions were helpful here. I was disappointed in the shape of the exterior of the home with scattered toys, empty beer bottles, and other trash littered about the driveway and yard. I was also disappointed with the late night arrivals (around 11:30pm-12am) of the upstairs residents both nights and smoke alarm going off around 5:45am the last morning. The walls are thin. I would advise those who may be noise sensitive to avoid. The only designated parking space for this unit was taken by a resident one evening. Parking is quite limited with this space taken. Communications with the hosts were timely, very polite, and helpful. I don’t enjoy writing this post, but ultimately feel that I was mislead/fooled by the lack of exterior photos and the nightly rate.

One of my favorite Airbnb’s! Super clean and comfortable! Lots of space and amazing big bath 🛁 tub and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all appliances necessary to make you feel at home. The living room and dining room are nice and open clean concept Also the air was fresh to breath no uncomfortable smells very comfortable and clean. The simplicity of the decor was perfect. Over all great stay and I highly recommend.

Place was immaculate and well worth price. It is a shared space with a family living upstairs. It got noisy at times as they were doing some work. They also had dogs that stayed outside back door and barked from time to time. Would still stay there again as agin the place was very nice and host was quick to respond.

Spacious, spotless, and supremely situated - an amazing home base for whatever brings you to the area. 3 minutes to the charming shops and restaurants of Old Burien, and a beautifully appointed home when you decide to stay in. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Muni and Shanil's home. The house is newly renovated and fully stocked with the basics needed to cook. 5 mins away from SeaTac airport made this the perfect place to stay for our trip to Seattle. We will be back next time!
